This form should be utilized to re-hire work study students who currently work for off campus work study employers for Academic Year 2025-2026 and will continue to work for the same employer Summer 2026.

Form Submission Deadline: May 1st, 2026.

  • Only employers should be completing this form not student employees
  • Submit one form for each student you want to re-hire
  • Late forms will not be accepted and employers would need to treat the student as a new hire
  • New hires should not be submitted through this form
  • New hires should follow the new hire process outlined in the student hanbook
