Leadership Student Employee of the Year Nominees will be evaluated on their contributions. The Leadership category is defined as recognizing and capitalizing on personal and team strengths to achieve organizational goals. In your letter, please include specific examples of the nominee's contributions. All nominations must be two pages or less.
