We are excited to introduce UW-Madison Profile, a new and growing service that aims to be the single, accessible, user-friendly place where students and employees can review and update their personal data at the university. Profile is now the primary tool for updating your Name in Use—and it connects to other campus systems to ensure your name is updated consistently.
To access:
- Go to MyUW and select the tile “UW-Madison Profile” OR visit profile.wisc.edu
- Log in with your NetID
- Review your information, explore related resources, and make edits to your Name in Use.
