UW-Madison has over 8,000 students working across 15,000+ student help positions. This represents a significant number of supervisors who are not only supporting vital services, programs, and buildings, but also are providing an invaluable experience for a substantial population of students here at UW-Madison. To maximize all that our supervisors bring to the table, we are excited to share a number of opportunities to get connected with peers as well as learn more about Student Employment best practices and the Student Jobs platform.

Student Employment Forum & Podcast Series'
Come join others across campus who supervise student employees to discuss hot topics and get ideas to bring back to your teams. There will be various discussion topics taking place at events throughout the year.
Student Jobs Platform Training Modules
These training's include a 101 on basics of how to use the student jobs posting platform as well as a 102 on additional tools such as bulk actions, interview scheduling, report functionality, applicant statuses, etc.
Student Employment Initiatives Work Group (SEI)
This group features representatives at Divisions across UW and is focused on enhancing engagement, building the experience, & supporting research surrounding Student Employment at UW-Madison. We currently have representatives from the following Divisions:

- Wisconsin Union
- Campus & Visitor Relations
- Recreation & Wellbeing
- The Pyle Center
- Office of Human Resources
- Division of Information Technology
- McBurney Disability Resource Center
- Center for First Year Experience
