Student Supervisor Certificate Application

I will commit to attending all 8 classes, 6 in person; 2 virtual- in order to achieve the Student Supervisor certificate.

I understand I will be expected to engage in occasional pre and/or post work beyond the classes; not exceeding 2 hours per month.

I discussed participation and my supervisor supports my completion of the Student Supervisor certificate.

I currently am, or will be, supervising student staff by the first date of the course.

I will participate in the virtual class by: finding a private space (or using headphones) and using a laptop or computer with a camera and audio.
