Welcome to the new Student Jobs website at UW-Madison!
On January 10th, 2019, we will be unveiling the new Student Jobs platform to the public. This new platform will be where all positions are made available for the public to browse. Depending on the type of position you are posting, there is important information to prepare for this transition.
Posting a UW-Madison Position
- You will utilize the new Student Jobs Admin Dashboard to post positions after January 10th, 2019. For all information on this transition, and how to prepare, please visit Post a UW Position.
Posting a Non-UW Position
- You will utilize the new Student Jobs portal to post positions after January 10th, 2019. For all information on this transition, and how to prepare, please visit Post a Non-UW Position.
Within the new platform, it is important to note that there are distinct administrative experiences depending on whether the employer is posting a UW-Madison or Non-UW position. This is a result of different needs in terms of functionality and posting approvals. It is important that beginning January 10th, 2019, all Non-UW positions are posted via the Non-UW positions portal, while all UW-Madison positions are posted via the Student Jobs Admin Dashboard.
All UW Faculty/Staff who are seeking to post non-UW positions, such as a babysitter, should utilize the Non-UW portal.
