Starting October 5th, 2020 you no longer have to “source” your jobs to the Student Jobs Site! You will now provide the information necessary to make your posting visible to applicants at the same time you create the posting. Once your posting has been submitted to and approved by the Student Employment Admin Team, it will then be added to the site! If you would like the closing date for your posting updated once the posting has been made public, please contact our team directly.
Are you completing an internal hire and don’t want the posting visible to the public? Be sure to select the “hidden job” option on the job card and the posting will only be visible to those with the job number.
