The Student Employment Team is excited to share that when recruiting on the Student Jobs Platform you can now select to be notified via email when a new application is submitted.
To receive email notifications, you will need to enter in your email address on the job card in the application notification email field as well as make sure the “yes” radio button is selected next to the e-mal job applications to this address field (pictured below). You may choose to have multiple individuals notified when an application is submitted. You will need all the emails entered into the application notification email field and make sure all emails are separated by a comma.
The notification email you receive will contain the applicant’s personal contact information, any application questions you asked, and the applicant’s resume if one was submitted.
We hope this enhancement will help users in their recruitment process and are excited to have it as an option.
